Everyone loves Macaroni and Cheese. But a good dish of macaroni and cheese is hard to find. At Scatterbrain Foods we believe it deserves pride of place as a main dish. Our goal is simple: to make the best tasting macaroni and cheese you’ve ever had using the finest local ingredients available.




We use only the finest Cheddar, Swiss, Muenster, Mozzarella, Mascarpone and Parmesan cheeses in various combinations. Our ingredients are from our local farmers.
